These terms apply when booking Foonika studio rooms and buying services on this website.
The service provider is Kreiter Group OÜ, registrikood 16822721, KMKR EE102790085, Eha tee 19, Kelvingi küla, Viimsi vald, Harju maakond, 74018. The studio is at Kopli 27, Tallinn, rooms 203 / 204. Contact: +372 5340 5772, foonika.ee@gmail.com.
These terms apply to every booking and purchase made on the website. By completing a purchase the customer confirms that they have read and accepted them.
The laws of the Republic of Estonia apply.
Foonika rents studio rooms by the hour: the DJ room (204) and the production room (203). What each room holds, the equipment and the capacity are described on the room's own page.
We also give individual lessons and, by arrangement, offer a monthly subscription. A lesson is booked by request and the time is confirmed by email.
The room price covers two people. Each further person adds 10 euros to the booking, whatever its length; the number of people is chosen during booking and is shown in the total before payment. You cannot book more people than the room holds.
Prices are shown on the pricing page and during booking. All prices are in euros and include VAT.
The customer chooses a room, a date, a start time and a duration, and signs in with Smart-ID, Mobile-ID or an ID card (through eeID). The first time, they add their email address and accept the studio use agreement (foonika.ee/leping). A customer without an Estonian electronic identity can book by email.
Before paying, the customer confirms that they accept these terms. After payment, a confirmation with the booking details and arrival instructions is sent by email.
The contract takes effect when the payment arrives. Until then the booking is pending and the time is not held.
Payments are processed by Maksekeskus AS (registrikood 12268475, Liivalaia 45, 10145 Tallinn). Payment is made with Estonian bank links in Maksekeskus's secure environment. Foonika never sees or stores the customer's bank details.
After a successful payment the customer returns to the website and the booking is confirmed automatically.
The service is provided on site. The customer receives it at the booked time at Kopli 27, Tallinn, in the booked room.
The booked time starts and ends exactly as stated in the confirmation. Arriving late does not extend it.
The customer may bring guests and is responsible for them.
A booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before its start. The full amount is then returned to the account it was paid from, within 14 days.
For a cancellation later than 24 hours before the start there is no refund.
A booking can be moved to another free time once at no charge while more than 24 hours remain before the start. Every further move, and any move made later than that, costs 15 euros; the new time takes effect once it is paid.
A booking that has been moved can be cancelled, but it is not refunded.
If the customer does not show up and has not cancelled, the payment is not refunded.
If the service cannot be provided for reasons on Foonika's side (a technical failure or the room becoming unavailable), the full amount is refunded or a new time is offered, at the customer's choice.
Because this is a leisure service provided on a specific date and time, the consumer's 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply. The cancellation rules in this section apply instead.
Smoking is not allowed. Equipment must be treated with care and the room left as it was found.
The customer is liable for damage caused by them or their guests and compensates it at actual cost.
A customer under 18 may use the service with the consent of a parent or guardian.
If the service did not match what was agreed, please write to foonika.ee@gmail.com as soon as possible. We answer complaints within 14 days.
If no agreement is reached, a consumer may turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee (Endla 10a, Tallinn, tarbijakaitseamet.ee) or use the European Union dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.
Customer data is processed as described in the privacy policy.
